.Refined flour = 50gm

.Green peas frozen = 80gm

.Parsley = 1sprig

.Butter = 20gm

.Refined oil = for deep fry

.Basil = little amount

.Peel,cut and boiled potatoes

.Mashed potatoes and add seasoning add butter

.Divide the mashed potatoes into evenly eight portions

.Sauté green peas in a oil and add seasoning along with basil

.Apply batter(refined flour+egg+seasoning+water) and coated with vermicelli

.Deep fry till golden color &served hot.
