Ingredients
.Ghee = 200gm
.Gram flour(besan) = 130gm
.Sugar = 130gm
.Water = 60ml
Method
.In a pan,dry roast gram flour on low flame for 8 minutes till aromatic
.In a sauce pan,add water and sugar.Make a sugar syrup of 1stir consitence
.In a bowl,add roasted gram flour and ghee.
Mix without lumps
.Add batter in sugar syrup.Mix well for few minutes
.Add 2tbsp ghee in 3batches
.When ghee absorbed.Remove from the flame
.In a tray line with butter paper and add ghee mysore pak.check the level and tap
.Set for 30minutes at room temperature
.Demould without break.cut into rectangular shape.
