Ingredients
Wheat flour = 240gmMethi leaves = 28 gm
oil = 5tsp
salt = TT
Red chilli powder = 1/2 tsp
Method
1)In a bowl, Take wheat flous, and chopped methi leaves, salt and Red chilli powder. Mix well
2 Add water and knead the dough.
3) Cover with moist cloth and rest for 30 minutes,
4) Now pinch a medium sized ball dough, roll and flatten it.
& Roll to 5 inches using rolling pin. like Paratha.
6) On to hot tawa, the rolled paratha and cook for a minute,
7) Brush oil and press slightly
8)Serve with pickle.
