Ingredients
.Pulao rice(basmati) = 300gm
.Fresh pea = 200gm
.Onion = 30gm
.Cardamon = 2no.
.Cinnamon = 2stick
.Bay leaf = 1no.
.Cloves = 2no.
.Salt = TT
.Fat = 10ml
Method
.Picked,washed and soak pulao rice
.Peel peas and slice onion
.Melt fat in the lagan,add onion and sauté till golden brown color and aside onion use as garnish
.Add whole spices in the same lagan
.Add green peas and soaked rice
.Cover and cooked till water evaporated
